Our New Shepherd Pastor Braun

Dear Immanuel families,

We are excited to welcome our new Pastor to Immanuel, Pastor Benjamin Braun.  Pastor Braun, his wife Anna, and children Kyah (8th grade), Dillan (6th), and Hailey (3rd) will be joining our church and school family this summer.  Pastor Braun graduated from Concordia University in Wisconsin and then Concordia Seminary in St. Louis.  His first Call was as associate Pastor at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Austin, TX.  He has been serving as Senior Pastor at his most recent congregation, Faith Lutheran, in Penfield, NY since 2016.  Below is a message from him.

Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
I wanted to take a moment to express my excitement to be joining the team at Immanuel Lutheran Church and Immanuel Lutheran Christian Academy.  As the product of a quality Lutheran Education, I understand the importance that this type of education can play in the lives of our young people.  My prayer is that working together in service to our students and community we can help establish a firm foundation of faith in each other’s lives.  My office door will always be open to each and every one of you, whether student, staff, parent or congregational member, my desire is to walk with you, however the Lord calls me to.  My family and I look forward to getting to know you and begin our ministry journey together.
