WINGS Youth Group
3:10-5:30 PM | Fellowship: Open gym, activities, snacks, and time to connect. Students can join whenever they’re able.

5:30 PM | Food: Supper is served in Luther Hall.

6:00-7:30 PM | Faith: Students gather for Bible study, beginning together in the chapel for announcements and a devotion before breaking into smaller Bible study groups.

Handbells
5:45–6:45 PM | Wednesdays
Make a joyful noise with us!  Our handbell choir rehearses weekly, performs about once a month during worship, and is a wonderful opportunity for music, fellowship, and fun. Basic music-reading skills are required.

Women’s Small Group
6:00–7:30 PM | Church Library
Join Anna Braun for a study of Everlasting by Christina Hergenrader. Through 25 Psalms, we’ll explore the emotions, challenges, and joys reflected in Scripture and in our own lives, and find rest in God’s everlasting love and grace. The study book can be purchased through Amazon or Concordia Publishing House.

Young Adult Bible Study
6:00–7:30 PM | Church Office Conference Room
A Martyr’s Faith in a Faithless World by Bryan Wolfmueller explores what it looks like to stand firm when our faith is tested. Through the stories of early Christians such as Stephen, Perpetua, and Polycarp, we’ll consider how God strengthens our faith through challenges, opposition, and everyday life. Study led by Mark D’Arcy.

Wednesday Kids’ Club
6:00–7:30 PM | Multipurpose Room A
Ages 4 years–5th grade
Kids will enjoy Bible lessons, songs, crafts, snacks, games, and fellowship as they grow in their faith and build friendships.


Chime Choir
6:45–7:30 PM | Wednesdays
Grades 1–5
Children in 1st–5th grade can learn to read music and ring chimes, with opportunities to participate in worship services throughout the year.


Chancel Choir
7:00–8:30 PM | Wednesdays
Chancel Choir is for ANYONE high school through adult. No experience necessary! Come make a joyful noise with us and enjoy fellowship with this welcoming group. Need childcare? Email at rwinston@immanuelba.org

Immanuel Braille Ministry

Lutheran Braille Workers is the largest Christian ministry in the world that provides Braille and specialized Large Print Bibles free of charge for people who are Blind or Visually Impaired. Thanks to an army of volunteers and thousands of generous partners who financially support this ministry, Lutheran Braille Workers is able to get the Word of God into the hands of people who are Blind or Visually Impaired at no expense to them.

We have several Immanuel members that are involved in this ministry. If you would like to be a part of this ministry, we gather monthly on the 3rd Monday of the month to print and collate Braille books for shipment to foreign missions.

The next meeting will be posted in the weekly bulletin.

Church Directory Update

Our church directory project is moving forward! Throughout the month of September, church leaders and staff will be compiling updated information and photos from our congregation. We’ll also be evaluating the best options for both print and digital publication. Thank you for your patience and participation as we work to create an accurate and helpful directory for our church family!

Booths are available - $50 for 8'x10' and $90 for 8'x20'. All merchandise must be at least 80% handcrafted with the exception of distributorship products (only one booth per distributorship company will be permitted).
